Marvell and Samsung announced that the Samsung SPH-M4650 PDA phone is now available in Korea. The Samsung SPH-M4650 features Marvell's PXA 300 processor making the SPH-M4650 run at a speed of 624 MHz! That's faster than the iPhone's processing power!
The Samsung SPH-M4650 features a 2 mega pixel camera, 2.8 screen, 256MB RAM, and Bluetooth. Unfortunately, there's no WiFi on this device. Well, I hope that when this reaches the States, it will eventually have WiFi.
