Motorola announces the MotoROKR T505

Motorola recently announced the MotoROKR T505 Bluetooth in-car speakerphone. At first, I thought that the Motorola ROKR T505 was a Bluetooth Stereo Speaker but as I read the info on Motorola's website, it turns out that the MotoROKR T505 is not actually a bluetooth stereo speaker but a digital FM transmitter that makes use of your car's stereo speakers.

So the sound quality of the MotoROKR T505 will really depend on your in-car speaker system. That is, if you've pimped up your car to have one of those big speakers that can shatter a another car's window two block away, then expect that same car to hear your conversation when you use the MotoROKR T505 to answer your calls.

The MotoROKR T505 also has caller ID, station Finder technology, built in microphone and 2-watt speakers. The MotoROKR T505 will be available in the first quarter of 2008.
