There are many digital camcorder out in the market that records high definition videos but none of them is as small and portable as the Sanyo Xacti DMX-HD700. The Sanyo Xacti DMX-HD700 promises to deliver 720p high definition videos as well as take 7.1 mega pixel photos on its 171 cc body.

The Design


The Sanyo Xacti DMX-HD700 only weighs 189 grams and has a volume of 171 cc. The Xacti DMX-HD700 will come in three colors, red, silver and brown and features a compact body and ergonomic design that allows the lens of the camera to be level with the ground when using a tripod. The Xacti DMX-HD700 has curved edges that will allow the camcorder to fit in your pocket or purse.

The Sanyo Xacti DMX-HD700 can shoot still images at 7.1 mega pixels and capture high definition videos at 4.08 mega pixels or normal videos at 3.58 mega pixels. Sanyo's Xacti DMX-HD700 saves your pictures in JPEG format and your videos using ISO standard MPEG 4 AVC/H.264 format, you can save your pictures unto an SD Memory Card which is the recording media for the Xacti DMX-HD700. The Xacti DMX-HD700 has a 5x optical zoom and 12x digital zoom, bringing the Xacti DMX-HD700's total zoom capacity to 60x so you can be sure that every detail of your precious video is captured even from afar. The Xacti DMX-HD700's lens can provide a 38-190 mm range field of view. The new MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 format can deliver high quality videos without taking up too much space on your SD memory card.
