Dell Precision T3400

Dell has recently announced the introduction of their latest Precision workstation, the Dell Precision T3400. Dell has always been able to produce powerful machines and with the Precision T3400's configurations, this latest baby from Dell is no exception.

Dell equipped their latest Precision Model (T3400) with the latest 64 bit dual core or quad core Intel core 2 duo extreme processors, at the customer's choice. Dell also made the Precision T3400 to be as flexible as possible, giving owners the choice of installing up to two quad-core Intel Core 2 Extreme processors and up to four hard drives. The Dell Precision T3400 can also be purchased with the latest NVIDIA Quadro FX 4600 and can support dual-graphics configurations and up to four external displays. The Precision T3400's memory has four DIMM slots and can support 8GB dual-channel DDR2 667 or 800MHz non-ECC and ECC memory. The Precision T3400's chassis allows mini-tower and desktop configurations.

Dell markets their Precision line as workstations which means it's more of a business desktop, but if you can afford to splurge, there's no reason why you shouldn't get the Dell Precision T3400 just for the heck of it.
