Consecta.com is a new secure email service that offers more security than ordinary free web mail services.
ADVANTAGES: Simple and rich interface, it’s like Yahoo! Mail Beta meets Outlook minus the clutter and ads. Easy on the eye graphics, user-friendly interface. Consecta Secure Mail also offers more security and privacy than free web mail services since they have a stronger privacy policy that prevents them from selling your information to marketing companies. They also encrypt their email transmissions rather than send it in plain text so that if it is ever intercepted, the hackers will have difficulty in deciphering your email messages. Consecta mail can be used with POP3 email clients like Outlook, Thunderbird and others and you use your own domain name so if you have several blogs it can save you time opening several free web mail services at once. Like Outlook, it also has a Calendar, Task List, Notes and Journal. Sending limit is up to 50MB which is rather large rather than Yahoo Mail Plus’s 20MB.
DISADVANTAGES: At $99.99 a year, it is rather expensive than Yahoo Mail Plus which is $19.99 a year. Limited storage space of only 10GB per mailbox.
LOW-DOWN: Though the $99.99 a year is expensive, it does come with a lot of benefits like the integration with your own domain name and tougher security. If you want to free yourself from your free web mail service provider and want to upgrade to the big league, you should definitely try Consecta Secure Mail.

Dekemount TV brackets
The Great thing about having a LCD or Plasma TV is that you can mount it on walls, saving you precious space specially if you're living in a loft or apartment. I don't know whether some vendors offer free wall brackets if you buy your LCD or Plasma TV from them but I guess it depends on which retailer you're buying from.
If you're unfortunate enough not to get a free wall bracket from your retailer, you can always buy a better TV Bracket from several online stores. Dekemount.co.uk offers universal TV wall brackets for your Plasma or LCD TV. An advantage of having a universal wall bracket for your TV is that when you do decide to upgrade to a bigger screen, you can always use your dekemount wall bracket again. You can choose a fixed or tilting wall bracket and they do not only offer wall brackets just for Plasma or LCD TV, they also offer an kind of TV brackets and floating DVD brackets.
Dekemount.co.uk offers 18 months warranty on their brackets plus a money back guarantee.

New Xbox Application Limits Your Gaming Time
Microsoft has announced that it has made available to Xbox LIVE users a Family Timer that allows parents to limit their children's playing time on the Xbox 360. Parents can set the limits to a weekly or monthly basis.
The Xbox Family Timer features will display a friendly notification informing the gamer that their gaming time is coming to an end so that they can save their progress.
The Xbox 360 Family Timer is a welcome application for parents but I'm sure it's bad news for kids. I could already hear their upcoming uprising from miles away.
EBay to team up with Yahoo! Japan
So eBay and Yahoo Japan will apparently link their auction sites to make it easier for residents of both countries to buy and sell items online.
The great news for us gadget freaks? We will probably get more great deals out of Yahoo Japan since we all know that Japan is the mother country of gadgets. You could probably buy cheaper versions of the PSP or Nintendo DS but of course, we probably should expect Japanese manuals for these.
Anyways, the Japanese version of the site is called Sekaimon and I think is already operational, we can probably expect the English version next year.
