Cheap Inkjet Cartridges

While inkjet printers are getting cheaper and cheaper, their ink cartridges are not. ©2008 natalie1981.blogspot.com Besides, if you have a three-year old inkjet printer, chances are you probably can’t find the right ink cartridge online or if you did, it probably cost more than the original price of your printer. That’s why some people turn to generic ink cartridges. Generic ink cartridges are not made by the original manufacturers and while most cost half the price of the original ink cartridge, you should be wary as some would damage your printer or would void your warranty.

Carrot Ink is a website that sells inkjet cartridges. While they do sell their own generic inkjet cartridge under their own name, they also have the original inkjet cartridges from the manufacturers at a price lower than the retail price. They have almost all printer manufacturers and their products do not only include inkjet cartridges but toner, fax film and other printer products as well. HP inkjet cartridges are usually the hardest cartridge to find specially the C6656an inkjet cartridge so I was surprised that I found it on Carrot Ink’s website. However, if you want the original inkjet cartridges, chances are the status are mostly on backorder as compared with their generic cartridges which are always on stock.

While you can find lower priced generic ink cartridges on EBay, it’s good to trust one that has an online store, besides Carrot ink has Bizrate’s Circle of Excellence Gold Honoree so you can always check out the feedback of customers who bought online from them. Carrot ink also offers free standard shipping and has a toll free number you can call in case you have any questions.

Tamagotchi Connection V5

Looks like Bandai is trying to revive the Tamagotchi Fever with the Tamagotchi Connection V5. ©2008 natalie1981.blogspot.com Jeez, with consoles like Nintendo DS and PSP, plus the fact that cellphones have java games that have Tamagotchi-like interface, who needs a new Tamagotchi, right?

This time the Tamagotchi Connection V5 hopes to incorporate into kids family values by raising multiple characters or pets into one toy. Sounds interesting. I wonder what's the recipe for a dysfunctional family or can Tamagotchis get divorced?

Expect Competitors, Macbook Air

If you like the MacBook Air's thin style but you just can't tear yourself away from your Windows PC, well, you might not have to migrate after all since Intel is selling the MacBook Air chip to other manufacturers. ©2008 natalie1981.blogspot.com

So either expect Sony, Fujitsu or Toshiba to come up with MacBook Air's competitor soon but I think Sony and Toshiba already have their own thin notebooks out though probably a hair thicker than the current MacBook Air.

Diet Pepsi Super Bowl 2008 Ads

A word from our sponsors: ©2008 natalie1981.blogspot.com

Have you seen the new Diet Pepsi Max Super Bowl ad? It’s hilarious. I just love seeing Pepsi’s commercial. I hate having to watch TV ads but I always look forward to Pepsi’s TV commercials especially during the Super Bowl. Anyways, in this new Pepsi commercial, you see people nodding off in just about ever possible situation and then with just a sip of the new Diet Pepsi Max, all of them magically perks up, and mind you, it’s not ordinary perking up, it’s one of those “I’m so happy, I’m on Prozac” kind of perkiness. People everywhere starts bobbing their heads wildly, which is really funny specially when the stars do it like Busta Rymes , Missy , LL Cool J, etc.

If you’re wondering what the background song on the new Diet Pepsi Super Bowl Ad is, it’s called What is Love by Enigma Haddaway . Another thing I love about Super Bowl Commercials is that when the ad includes a song, it’s instantly a popular ringtone, whether it’s MP3 or Polyphonic it’s probably even popular as a ringback tone. Never mind that half your officemates or classmates have it as their ringtone too, it’s the fact that you’re “in” this Super Bowl Season that matters.

Microsoft wants to acquire Yahoo! Watch out Google

A while back, I was wondering why Microsoft wasn't challenging Google and Yahoo! in the search engine business, ©2008 natalie1981.blogspot.com I mean, sure, Microsoft has livesearch installed on their Internet Explorers and more than half of PC users use IE but let's face it, probably half of those PC users who use IE change their homepage to Google or install the Google toolbar coz LiveSearch is just plain crap.

Well, maybe they have just realized how crappy their LiveSearch is since Microsoft proposed to buy Yahoo! for $44.6 billion in cash and stock. According to Microsoft, if the combination of the two companies "will create a more efficient company with synergies in four areas: scale economics driven by audience critical mass and increased value for advertisers; combined engineering talent to accelerate innovation; operational efficiencies through elimination of redundant cost; and the ability to innovate in emerging user experiences such as video and mobile"

Translation: "hopefully we'll be able to make a dent in Google's search engine dominance".

Mio C520 GPS Navigator Review

The Mio C520 GPS Navigator is the best affordable, out of the box GPS device that I've ever seen. It's affordable and packed with features that's not available on other GPS devices on the same price range. ©2008 natalie1981.blogspot.com

ADVANTAGES:

The Mio C520 GPS comes almost ready out of the box and has the full TeleAtlas Map of the US. This GPS navigator is also really portable, its size is perfect for transferring it from one vehicle to another or just carrying it with you on your trips. The 4.3 inch touch screen is clear and inputting your directions is fairly easy. The Bluetooth capability on this device allows you to pair your Bluetooth cellphones and use it as a hands-free receiver, really convenient. I love the split type screen on the C520 as it allows you view various details about different points of interest aside from the directions itself. The GPS navigation system on the Mio C520 GPS also offer text to speech function that reads out street names, this is a good feature if you don't want to take your eyes off the road. Another thing to love about the Mio GPS is that when you miss a turn it automatically recalculates another direction so that you don't have to take a U-turn and if you do want to make the U-Turn, the Mio C520 will revert back to the original route, a real time saving feature.©2008 natalie1981.blogspot.com

DISADVANTAGES:

Like most GPS devices, the GPS software on the Mio C52 is not entirely accurate. I get a little frustrated when I'm already at a turn and Samantha (the text to speech voice) says I have to make the turn several feet away. Like I said, when you missed a turn the Mio C520 won't make you U-Turn but its recalculated route seems to be longer and the less efficient route. There are times when it looks like I'm driving on the other side of the street or on a sidewalk on the Mio C520 screen.©2008 natalie1981.blogspot.com

CONCLUSION:

The Mio C520 GPS device is one of the more affordable handheld GPS in the market and the added Bluetooth and text to speech feature which is absent on other devices makes the Mio C520 a real good value for your money.©2008 natalie1981.blogspot.com

How to make last minute essays and term papers

Okay, okay, I know those on the high moral ground would look down upon me for even suggesting this but the only solution that I can think of when you're faced with a last minute essay homework or term papers is to go to websites that offer essays for sale. ©2008 natalie1981.blogspot.com

Yeah, yeah, you're not going to learn anything, you're only cheating yourself, blah, blah, blah, but come on, all students have been faced with that dilemma once in their lives and rather than flunk your course, you can always turn to websites where you can buy essay or term papers. These online essay stores offer custom writing to fit your needs and some, like overnightessay.com will have your essay in not less than 5 hours! They even back this claim with a money-back guarantee if you don’t receive your essay on time. Now imagine the things you can do if you don’t have to worry about writing your term papers or essays again. You could probably be discovering the cure for cancer!

If you do decide to buy your essay, be careful though and thoroughly research that website. Some would come up with your essays so fast but when you read it, it’s just gibberish. Look for websites that have native English speaking writers so you can be guaranteed of quality. Overnightessay.com states that they have UK, US, Canadian, and Australian Writers whom you can directly communicate with.

With that said, I have to say that I’m not all for cramming and cheating, but I only recommend you go down this road in case of dire emergency which means—getting drunk before your essay is due is not included!
