Hypnotize Yourself into Being a Better You!

I've just come across a software that MAY help you in--whatever! Have you ever heard about subliminal messages? I've heard about this a couple of years ago, actually, I don't know whether it's heard or more of saw it in movie or something. A message is flashed in a commercial or show without you noticing it and then--bam! Whatever message it was, it would creep into your subconscious and you suddenly feel the need to do that. Yeah, I know, sounds creepy but who knows, it might work if you've been trying for years to quit smoking or lose weight.

If you want to know where to start, try http://www.subliminal-power.com. They have a software wherein you can encode what you want to do, something like: I will not smoke today, I will not eat chocolate, etc, etc. and then the messages would flash, unobtrusively of course, when you use your PC.

Haven't actually tried the software myself, I'm afraid my sister would discover it and then encode something like: "You will give your sister all your money". But if you've tried everything it's worth a shot. Besides, if it's been incorporated into movies and studies have been done about it, it's worth a shot.
